I got everything for mine on FleaBay.

2010 and up OEM 18" STEEL WHEEL #DG1Z-1015-A I paid $729 from Tasca and $80 shipping, but I'm only 30 miles from them. Your shipping may be more.

Caps were $178 from oemselectautoparts. Part number
F87Z 1130-GB. Free shipping.

Sensors were 70 bucks from s1autoparts. PN TPMS12 DE8T-1A180-AA. Free shipping. Sensors worked out of the box.

Lug nuts PN DG1Z-1012-A. $117 from Tasca. Free shipping.

Tires are
Conti Extreme DWS 255/55/ZR18 109W. No rubbing even at full lock. I had the same tires on the '10 and they were awesome in the snow.

I went the salvage route, so outside of a good 2 hour scrub and wax on the wheels, I am in for a lot less...wheels were $125 each including lug nuts and tire pressure sensors, and the about $50 from ebay and an hour with the stationary buffing wheel on the centers.
