Yeah, I think I will weld the spare transaxle I have sitting here for another SHO. I never busted a diff either, but I also don't drive it like I stole it.

funny shit is, about 10 minutes after that post

I whent to start my car, turned over a little bit, then GRINDING noises

shit... either a flywheel or a starter.... took the starter out and only one tooth on my aluminum flywheel was rounded.... so I replaced the starter, it was binding up and cranking a lil slow...... got a new remmy on it.... lifetime warranty, no reman crap... looks beautiful and cranks over like a damn diesel gear reduction starter!

I was getting a lil worried about having to pull the flywheel, especially since it seemed like it only did it on one spot of the flywheel...... whew!

Never blown a diff here either.
I'm pretty easy on mine now days though.
The increase in weight from the wagon probably didn't help.

I don't really drive it hard at all. Very rarely spin out, if ever. Just bad luck. Next one will be welded before I put it in. Where would I go about getting that done. I may have to take to trans shop just to disassemble it to the diff and ship it off to someone that knows how.

You can buy the how video from Josh, but I would probably still take it to a shop.
There is so much crap inside of them.

U can just about 1 hand a civic trans. I think a sho trans is rather large, ESP for it's age. I wonder what kind of stockpile big hp civic owners keep
