Ok just a heads up. to anyone in the NC area. My soon to be ex wife is trying to sale the SHO I bought her. The car is marital property and until i get a order placed on it she can sale it and i cant do anything about it. She does not have the title to the car, I have it. I think she is lying though. The car is in her name and all she had to do was file for lost title. Does not matter though the car is Marital property and half of the property is mine.

If enough of you guys get together can we flag this ad?

i put alot of time into this car welding the cams and doing other stuff to it. If she does not want it anymore than I will make sure that at a ny rate i get my money back out of it.

I did not buy the car for her. i had to put the car in her name because I did not have a license at the time i bought the car. I am not trying to gouge her. She left me. She took my son away from me. i have not seen my son since the last week in september. So I think I have my reasons behind this.

Also when she left me I originally kept the car. She asked for it back and like a ******* i gave it back to her and told her to do the right thing with it. The car has been sitting in her parents back yard for 3 months with no insurance and 2 flat tires.

That is not her email. She did not use her email, She tried to hide the fact that she was hiding the fact she was selling the car and used her brothers email.

I have started to be the same way towards her. This situation has me messed up bad. I am having to take anti depressents now to get over what all has happened.

I was as nice to her as i could be. But when she stopped letting me see my son that is where I drew the line.

I had a friend do the same thing. According to him he never got a response. Did you ask to make sure they had the title in hand? This is what I need to know also.

No her brother is a psycho. **** sometimes when i would call to talk to my son he would be in the background and i could her him talking shit and calling me names. Doing all this right in front of my son. I have every right to be a little ****** off i think. If it was a free country and I could not get in trouble i know exactly where he would be right now. And dont even let me start on her fathers "issues"

honestly though,there isnt much you can do to get it back. i had a friend do something similar with a car once,took it to small claims court and the judge basically told him its hers,its in her name. i just went through a divorce,yes your "entitled to half"(thats a joke) but that doesnt mean the SHO is in your "half". i'm willing to bet since she has the kid,any judge would say the car is hers. sucks,and i wish you all the best of luck,looks like you nice gen3!
