My 2015, i had the issue where the wipers wouldn't turn off so i replaced the wiper switch/turn signal assembly. Worked as they should for a few months. Now the wipers only work on high speed, no washer mist either. So i figured it was the relay. Replaced the relay and fuse but no change. Time to buy another switch?

You're sure it's not on auto? Whenever my car senses heavy rain it'll wipe fast regardless of the setting I have it on.

Yea it sounds like the switch but I've never dealt with it in this car.

Do you have access to a high end scan tool or Forscan? If so, you can monitor via the scan tool if it's detecting the switch settings and even attempt to activate the features via the scan tool to confirm whether the issue is the control module or to/from the control module.

It sounds like the issue may indeed be with the wiper switch/turn signal assembly again, especially since you’ve already replaced the relay and fuse. Before buying another switch, double-check all connections and grounds for corrosion or damage. If everything looks good, replacing the switch might be your best option.
I ordered another one last week. Didnt get it yet. Usually tasca gets it to me within a couple days. Its easy enough to replace. If it dont fix it i may just return it. Another thing i can try is unplugging the battery for awhile and seeing if it helps or maybe checking to see if there is a hidden cel code for it
