So i went through a car wash on saturday with my 95 3.2 mtx and after I pulled out it was spitting and sputtering pretty bad. So when I got home i blew out all the plug wires and on the coil but with to no success, the car is still missing. It ran super great before the wash, but the second I was driving out it started sputtering. Any Ideas?

probably got the IAC all messed up. Unplug it and blow it out. In fact, unplug every connector you can see and blow it out. TPS, MAF, ACT, IAC, etc etc etc.

How did all of that water manage to get under the hood in an automatic car wash?

Most of the 'good' (expensive) ones have a few jets of water that you drive over as you enter it.

Yeah, but I've never seen anything get that drenched from an underbody spray!

my local one is the best one i have ever seen. It is also the only one that i know of that has underbody jets
it does one **** of a job, just don't bring the sho in there
I can bring in my gtp and the wifes bonneville, but my sho is a no go for this wash

Oh and by the way, all problems were fixed. I pulled apart almost every connector and blew them out and the car runs good now.
Oh, and the high idle was caused by my cruise control cable binding against the tb, therefore not allowing the spring to return to the proper position
