Mark's around, he just is busy in his personal life right now.
He's planning on getting a Marauder this fall when they come with the traction control option.

The question should be where the **** is wuzzzer??? Hey wuzzzer, I emailed ya a week ago to see if ya want go to Fairbault this Tuesday the 16th to help LastSHO move to his new house. I will be getting my catectomy done as well. I will be leaving Tuesday morning and returning in the afternoon. Let me know if you are interested.

Test drove the Marauder ... was not too impressed with power band. Looks awesome in person. I would give it an 8 to 9 (scale of 1-10).

Too dam big and my SHO is more responsive. Of course being the Sheriff type he should feel at home in it.

I'm here...just haven't been around as much lately.

I'm closing on my house...sold, at 1pm in about 15 minutes. Then at 2:30 me and my fiance close on our new house.

Packing...packing...packing.

I transferred back to patrol as I was sick and tired of being on call 24/7 for 3 years.

Much happier now. Working nights...giving people a hard time on I-35 after 3am

Looked at a Marauder...very nice in person. Wasn't too impressed with the engine and performance but then again the aftermarket will save it.

But...with buying a 240K home and seeing the sticker alone on the Marauder at $35,070 I decided to wait a year. I just can't justify that large of a car payment with a large house payment. I needed to prioritize.

The one I looked some guy had paid CASH for the day before. They're not moving on the price at all.

I'll probably still get one...just gonna put if off a year. I should be able to afford one next fall. Its just alot of money to spend on a car. With tax and license it would be well over $37,000. Damn thats a crapload of money for a car.

I'm making arrangements to buy an almost mint condition 1984 Mustang thats already had some engine work done. 50K original miles. Red too

This'll be my toy for a year. Its not a Marauder...but it'll be nice to tinker with in my new heated, finished, insulated 4 car garage. I'm saving a space for the Merc though

We will have to get together soon then. Maybe once LastSHO gets completely moved in and we can mess around in his 4 car insulated garage (hint-hint)

Nope. Have bought far more toys since being married than ever prior to. Not even a close comparison.

Ah, stop trying to scare the boy. CJW and I are at 27 or 28 years these days and it has been seriously great and shows no signs of stopping. The real trick is once you find a good one, grab her off the market fast.

One nice thing about his gal...is that she loves the SHO. So...she's just fine with me buying the "toy" next summer. She's gonna drive the SHO for another year after that...then she wants an Escalade eek! but I think I'll get her into a mid 80's Blazer or early 90's Explorer instead wink

One thing I didn't want to do was finance the ring. I didn't. I used most of the cash I made from the sale of my house on the downpayment on the new house...but I did pull enough out of it to buy a G colored .82 carat diamond.

If I'd financed the ring...I'd have the Marauder right now.

But then again...priorities.

I'll have a new toy late next summer...just gotta wait. shoot wink

I'll be back on Wednesday. Moving in about 2 hours.
