Ok..... I just performed the "SEAFOAM" intake cleaning procedure via my brake booster vacuum line. I let it suck down a whole can, and then killed the engine allowing the stuff to disolve the carbon for about 45 minutes or so. I then started it up... Let it get to operating temperature, and revved it at idle for about 10 minutes at 3000-4000 rpm to blow the deposits out. I didn't keep the rev that high the whole time, as to not beat the crap out of the engine. After I got out of the car I noticed what I thought was water had made a puddle under my drivers side tail pipe. I didn't think anything of it, and suspected moisture was the cause. When I went out to the car and noticed the puddle was still there after 4 hours, I knew it was not water. Not sure, but it appears that it's OIL!! Is this normal? My SHO has 131,000 miles on it
Also... It appears to me after watching my pipes that the drivers side has twice as much smoke coming out of it than the passenger one. What's up with that? Is it because it's one pipe going into two mufflers?
