What size rod bearings do i need?

I am looking to do my rod bearings among other things on my winter break from school, anyways, i am looking at RCM automotive and they sell different sizes, do i need to measure something before i buy them? I dont know what ones to purchase thanks for the help everyone.

If the motor has not been rebuilt you need the Std size. No ifs ands or buts.

If uncertain and you can lose the car for a week, pull a bearing out and get the #'s off it and match them with the clevite ones RCM sells.

i would if i had the cash, college and intrax, tokico all around leads to a lack of funds. and i need the car done fairly quick.
