I am getting ready to play with my dead cd-player. The power supply section of it looks pretty simple.
But before I bore myself to death with this project, I thought that I would ask what the common problem is.
Since so many of the Ford/Sony POS cd-players die in the same fashion, I'm sure that some of you have been down this road before and can save me a little fishing.
The problem is, of course, lifelessness. No power, no nothing. It gets power, but doesn't seem to really care. It works exactly the same weather it's in my car or on my kitchen table.
Any help?
