There are three connectors in that area that are not connected they are
C-123, 136 and 1066. All are single wire connectors.

I have a CA car and it wasn't connected to anything either. Ford said its used during troubleshooting like the fuel pump shorting wire in the EEC connector if its the same wire I think it is. That was 6 years ago and I don't recall the exact system it was for. I know if it is C-123 its for the ABS.

What color is that specific wire and is your SHO an ATX/MTX. Like I said there are three of them in that area.

The plug in the pic is a two wire plug. It looks like a low fluid sensor light for the master (if these cars use one). I can look into at the shop tomorrow.

Is it the one that looks like you could plug a non-dual insulated electrical plug into, say from a toaster or alarm clock, etc?
