I need good descriptions or pictures of what a known good pulse wheel looks like. I destroyed my origional one by not gapping the CPS correctly. I then tried to put it back into its previous shape, but was not successfull- as i have since destoyed a second CPS because of its imperfections.
So, I ordered another one and have received it. But it is not semetrical.
One vane is perfectly round, one has a slight bend inward starting about 1/4 of the way around the vane and one has a bend inward about a 1/4" from one end.
Anyone happen to have pics or a decription of what a good pulse wheel looks like?
TIA for any help one could provide.

All three vanes shoud be equidistant from the center of the pulley.

I'd send that one back as it is bent out of shape.
