Weird climate control problem; it's hot then it's not!

Just like the title says... the other day I get into the 91 and I have the vent on 60 with the fan speed on low. I'm rolling along (it was about 80) and after about 5 minutes I decide to fire up the AC because I'm getting a little warm. Hit max ac, fan kicks on full blast and it's nothing but hot air, even though my temp is set to 60. Tried manually adjusting the temp and nothing. Cycled through all the different vent settings ok, but no mater what the air was always hot. 10 minutes later, after I'd shut the car off for about 5 minutes I tried it again, and the temp control was fine, nice cold air at 60 with a gradual warmup as I cycled through to warmer temps.

The climate control make no strange noises, doesn't act strange etc. Thoughts on this temp problem?

Try running the EATC self-test, see if you get anything:
