This is the continuing saga of my recently purchased 91....

I am replacing the freeze plugs on the block of this car because I had one badly leaking, and I took the one off of the housing behind the water pump. Now, the new one is loose in there, and when i put the one I took out of it back in, it is also loose in the bore. I am really confused why this would be. Did the hole get bigger? Because it is an aluminum housing, could it have been stretched in the process of getting it out?

So, do you think I need a new housing? I'm not sure how easy it would be to find one, if the parts stores even carry them.... otherwise I guess I'll have to post a WTB. I'm just so confused and frustrated right now, and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Thanks....
