Water puddle on Drivers Side Rear Floor

I've had water leaking in somewhere, haven't been able to figure it out yet. It's been leaking in during rainstorms for about a month now.

My trunk weatherstripping was shot, and I had water leaking in there, so I thought it was pooling up and running in to the rear floor, but I have changed the weatherstripping. Trunk is now dry, but the water continues to come in behind the drivers seat.

Any ideas? Sunroof?

Moonroof seal. Mine does it on the passenger side.

Or the rear drivers side drain tube is clogged.

the seal seems ok. I've blown out the drainage tubes, but I'll have to wait to see for the next rainstorm!
