How much can I expect a Ford dealer to change the VSS cable and 02 sensors? Also, anybody in the Milwaukee area interested in this job for cash? Mike

Well the price of the parts won't get you too bad, but I bet they rate the VSS with some pretty heavy shop hours and at $65/hr, it will add up quickly!!
Probably about $250-$300 eek!

I don't know about the VSS, but the O2 sensors will run you about $45 at autozone. There are three different part numbers (don't remember them off hand-use search and find them in previous thread about this), but the only difference is the length of the connecting wires. You should be able to change the O2 sensors without taking it to the dealer. It is not very hard.
