I have a 93 mtx with lots of mods, konis, cobra brakes etc. I bought with solid subframe bushings already installed. On hard turns under acceleration I get a slight vibration in the car. Was unsure if that was normal due to the solid bushings. Otherwise I will check out the strut mounts and axles to make sure they are ok too.

Solid bushings are exactly that, Solid. They give you a firmer, solid feel up front but there is nothing there to vibrate while turning because they are Solid.

Check to see if your strut rod cups need welding. There are lots of things I would look at or consider before the subframe bushings.

I have a gen 3 subframe so no strut rods. I was not saying the solid mounts are vibrating, just if the vibration felt in the car was normal for the parts I have. Are the solid bushings transfering normal driveline noise into the car.

Im gonna check the strut mounts I think they are pretty old and look suspect.

If you have everything solid/stiff there will be a noticeable increase in the vibration etc. One thing to check, since you say it is while turning, is to verify that the gen 3 subframe was notched enough to not make contact with the MTX.

I had al subframe bushings on one of the SHOs that I have had. I did not like it because there was a significant increase in NVH, and it was worse under some conditions than others. It is certainly possible that you are just experiencing that increase in noise and vibration.

I also had a problem with not being able to keep the subframe fasteners tight, and if one is loose, that makes the NVH even worse. Check to ensure that all 4 of the fasteners are tight.
