More useful? To me it is. The armwrest storage compartment is much bigger than the forward cubby, the middle tape holder, and the shallow armwrest compartment combined. The cupholder works much better than the ones that where placed under the armwrest on the old one. The only drawbacks are: only one cup holder (I working on fixing that wink ) and if you get one of those REALLY big brings it sometimes can get too clost to the shifter in 3rd gear (I still have a cable shifter though, they are a bit taller that rod shifters). I love it and would not change back. Any one need a mint first gen black center console :D wink ?

just gotta say this POST 100!!! lol anyways don't ur SHO have 2 cup holders right underneath the coin tray? i know mine does but that after market deck sticks out too far and so it tilts the can and i don't feel like risking a spill. but anyways u should keep doing diffrent interior mods to ur sho notify me by pm or something if u do anything else really cool i'd like to see. don't see many people messing with interiors so i like it.

oh yeah i forgot about all that nice stuff u got like the equalizer also. i doubt i'd ditch the coin holder and cup holders that coin holder is real useful to me. if i was gonna have a slave cd player it'd be a 6 or 12disc in the trunk. speaking of since you have already done mods to you dash and other interior things. on cardomain.com a guy with the sn sho750 or something like that has a gen 2 and the little SHO emblem on the passsenger side of the dash has the SHO imprint cut out kinda u'd have to see it but theres a red light behind it so it lights up at night looks really cool. you should do something like that.

Not to hijack the hijacking of this thread but..... :)

The anti-lock brake system uses two sets of variable reluctance speed sensors (two front and two rear) to determine vehicle speed. Four anti-lock sensor indicators (one each wheel) rotate past each wheel speed sensor. The signal generated is proportional to wheel speed and is sent to the anti-lock brake control module. A vehicle speed signal is then broadcast by the anti-lock brake control module on the Standard Corporate Protocol (SCP) Data Link to the powertrain control module as a vehicle speed input signal
