Unoffical Breakfast Meet 9/16

So in celebration of Tim getting his 91+ next weekend, we decided we're going to throw a little breakfast meet on saturday the 16th. It's going to be at the Hometown Buffet in West Springfield (also gives some of the western people a chance to go to a meet without driving a long ways.. ) So usual meeting time, 8:30 am, heres an address...

Obviously I am. I'm just excited to be getting into the SHO game finally after almost 3 years of waiting.

As nice as West Springfield sounds to me, that Saturday is over-booked with work already. Hope the 91+ can make it up to the real deal on the 24th! Might be a bit of a trek though, huh?

I'd love to make it back up, but I doubt I'll be able to take off two weekends in a row.

wow its only 119.42 miles away from where i live it'll ON take 2 hours. i guess you can count me out of this.i wish it was closer why isn't there any meets in rhode island or near by?

The regular breakfast meets in East Walpole are only about 1/2 hour from RI. The meets in Spencer are about 1 hour and 15 minutes from RI. This is all from my place in Warwick...

I MAY be able ... depends on what is going on with Swap Meet preperation

That's the distance it takes me to get to the breakfasts. Not to mention that Tim is coming all the way from PA, which is a **** of a lot farther than 119 miles.

OT - Hamal, Dave and I are planning a trip to see Ground Zero. Would you want to meet up if you're free? I understand you're whole situation and I don't expect you to come there. We could have a little fun now that I'll be a SHO owner.

Hamal, should have been at the unofficial breakfast last weekend. Mel hit 10 chicken fried steaks trying to scarf down 12. He has been quoted as thinking about staying to the healthy side of the buffet ... then again this is Mel we are talking about so he has likely recovered by now. I think if they would let him eat over the sink, he could hit 12.

Mel could hit 12 no problem if he maybe lightened up on the sausage gravy a bit
