Twin Cities/SHOforum meeting place options for the 24th.

Here are the options for the 24th. All of the meeting/eating places are in Maple Grove. They are all located on Elm Creek Blvd. 2 blocks from I94 off of the weaver lake blvd. exit(very easy to locate).
They are:
Champs bar and grill (big parking lot),
Joes Crab Shack,
Famous Daves (Decent Parking lot),
Don Pablos,
Hops bar and gril(big parking lot)
Houlihans,
Ground Round bar and grill(big lot)
Buca's
J.Cousineaus bar and grill(small parking lot)

I think that 12:00 noon would be a good time to meet for lunch/hang out. Why don't we just have a VOTE on which place to go. If we want to have a beer/drink, a bar and grill would be best. I would say for best price, Ground Round is cheapest and serves alcohal, Champs is a bit more expensive and J.Cousneaus and HOPS I have no idea about.
I choose either GR, Champs or HOPS based on bar/grill option and parking lot size. Put in your vote and we'll come to a decision. Once the decision is made, I will post a new topic with directions to the specific place we will be eating at and have them from both directions ie

MPLS and ST. Cloud)

Cool man! I was just going to post today and ask if anything's getting closer to finalization for our meet.

I don't know the area too well, so I can't exactly vote based upon best place from experience. But, I do like the Ground Round up here in St. Cloud. So that's my vote. Don't worry, I won't be offended if I'm voted off the SHO island.

UPDATE -- I also sent the link to this thread to the v8sho.com email list and to the Minnesota SHO-EM topica list.

Great idea wuzzzer sending to V8sho. Ground round is a great choice. We can't go wrong there. It sounds like GR is in the lead.

I think we might as well just go with the Ground Round. It is brand new, really nice and has great food/selection. Plus we can drink a beer or two if we want.

FINAL DECISION: Lets have it be set for Sunday at 12:00 noon, at the Ground Round. If anyone is opposed to this let me know. I will post the directions in a day or so.
