i didnt know if the car was a gift or what, last i heard he didnt have a Job, or a liscence, so how he scraped up money for a modded camaro PLUS insurance wasnt adding up to me, apparantly he has a decent job...

exactly my thought, i mean, stock gtos trap as high as 108 from what ive seen, my car on the stock turbo trapped over that, and now with the 60-1 on race gas (traction being the only issue) traps should be damn near 130 and mike, you'll be one of the first to know , right after my two friends with 03 cobras hahaha

guys you are really turning this into a kick in the nuts. Check out the race before the last one. when we were racing next to the semi. that was the LAST race, and you can't say we wouldn't have gotten that one..we passed him and everything (traffic showed up though) and you can here us shift into a different gear as we come up on traffic..and he keeps going. that doesn't mean he was ahead (*flyby*). turbos get hot the more and more and more you race them. after 6 or 7 races (which were mostly the first ones i posted to make him look good too), it is hard to keep up. but in the first race (well the last in the video), he jumped off the line first indicating he was ready to race. and we caught him passed him and won. but yeah he did hold us off in most the races. it was dead even when we took off together. we were always starting to catch him futher into it. I put the vids up to make him look good too because his car was fast... i didn't know it was going to turn into "you can't even beat a stock GTO..blah blah blah" most of the racing was just flybys ( which i didn't even bother to put up because i thought it would turn into "these are just flybys" and he got the jump in almost every race (how bought the one where he honks the horn and barely makes the third honk cause he already was getting into the race). and yeah he can hold us off when he gets off the line faster. they are pretty even cars. and i am not worried about a camaro. 1st and 2nd are fast. as are most RWD cars. and it gets off the line fast, but i have to wait for boost...and FWD. but racing through 3rd and 4th we could get it i think. you guys own taurus' you understand. hopefully next time we can do some better more "legit" races. i am gonna be hoping for more tq and hp and good drag radials for the next visit. we'll try again. I don't feel like i got my feelings hurt. i guess the cams cause a longer boost lag, but hey, next time you just wait, we'll rematch. I think it was some pretty damn close racing. (we were even trying different gears in every race..both of us).

you know we only raced on the highway.every time we started gaining on you you would stop. but it was too busy for a real race. you are gonna win off the line. but lets race in second third and fourth gear. i know i could get you. BTW I did have 4 people and a huge speaker box and tools and a box full of parts in my trunk. not to mention all kinda of supercharger parts and tubing in the back weighing it down that night. but yes you got the jump and beat me in first and second. good job. fast ride. props.

I was only going by what I heard. The vids were too crappy to see who won, and Miltown said he pulled so that's what I was going by. I'll race you from any roll speed you want next time you're back because believe it or not, my top end is better than my low end.
