There's a fella on craigslist selling an 86 mustang with a 302 and twin turbos. He says they're 58mm. Does that mean anything?

Its the inducer, thats the first part of the turbine that grabs air. air passes in the inlet to the "wheel" on this "wheel" you will see two parts, the inner section is the inducer and the outer part is the exducer..

Yes it would work, its pretty much a standard t3/t4 turbo. Good Deal? Sing James up!

That's bad ass. I'd give him $1500 for it if it wasn't all the way across the country, depending on how it looked.

However, I know my way around turbos pretty well, and 58mm tells you damn near nothing. A/R and trim with that would be pretty descript, but providing the inducer diameter only is like giving the bore of an engine, but not the stroke or number of cylinders. Doesn't help much.
