Tune at 76k Miles?

Is it ok to tune with this many miles?

As long as you have the maintenance uptodate, absolutely! You would do new spark plugs at the very least, and would recommend all fluids in the SHO be changed out, especially the trans, PTU and RDU. Coolant and brake fluid would be a bonus. Brake pads/rotors if you are still on OEM parts and likely to drive aggressively. Intercooler and piping for pooling oil/crud. Borescoping the intake valves would also be a bonus, not that anyone really does it, just a couple of people I know of so far.

I tuned at just under 107K miles, I'm closing in on 134K now, only issue since then has been a cracked windshield. I blame that on the tune, if I was stock I would have been further behind the dump truck that kicked the rock up.
