TPS,or CPS sydrome?

well finally got a chance to have some fun today, when all of a sudden my tach would jump up, then fall down.it would stumble as well i did feel a difference in lack of performance

but could this be a possible TPS problem?

EDIT: if so, wheres my tps? on my engine, ive never had to replace this before

getting codes 519,121(tps damnit), 452,528,212,219.all most likely in conguction with the tps....im just wondering does the tps have to be replaced or adjusted?

also i believe one of those codes said some thing about pin 10 was my a/c on
