To all Maryland SHOwners-blacklight inside car-legal?

I'm curious to know...any Maryland SHOwners know anything about Maryland traffic laws, like if it is against the law to have a blacklight inside the car?

It'd be nice to glow alittle more with some black lights... maybe my trunk would turn it into a strobe...
