WOW, I am thoroughly impressed with the service of that site. I ordered 2 (for now) KYB GR-2 struts for my car. I got an e-mail when the payment was accepted, and another one when it was shipped WITH A TRACKING NUMBER!. 3 days later they are sitting in my garage thanks to the big brown truck. thumbs_u

I ordered a set of BFG Comp T/A's from them last year. Even with shipping to Canada I saved a ton of $$$. Total time from phone call to delivery = 8 days including the weekend!! :D Impressive.

You guys are obviously buying too often from small speed shops or suppliers. TireRack is the bigtime. There is never a dispute in parts or customer service. Their system is virtually bulletproof. I have been buying tires from them for years. Their prices can't be beat by anyone. Their info is absolute, they test every type of tire they stock. No need to pile on the praise. They are the standard, period. Just lock the thread right now!

I'd have to agree, whole-heartedly (before the post is locked). I've been buying tires from them since I got my first SHO back in '96. I just got my 18" wheels and tires from them and they were at my door two days later. I got a call the morning after my order from their customer service because the tires I chose were different from their suggested size. I've never been stiffed by them. Gotta love TireRack and the Big Brown Truck! Like X-mas every time he shows up wink

Mike, did they let you get the tires you wanted then, or did they make you get the size they recommend? I remember when I ordered my 17" wheels/tires for my 93 I asked about wider tires and they didn't seem too willing to sell me them.

If you have a Discount Tire Store near you, they match the TireRacks pricing and you don't have to wait or pay shipping charges. (Just a little side bar)

Probably other stores will match them as well.
