Does it squeal in neutral? Like when you rev the engine and you're not moving? If it does, remove the belts. If the squealing stops, it was your belt (or a pulley). Tighten or replace as necessary. Spin all the pullies by hand while the belts are off to see if any of them are squealing.
If it doesn't squeal when you're not moving, it could be a wheel bearing. While the car is jacked up, grasp a wheel (it needs to be on to get enough leverage) by the 12 and 6 o'clock positions and try to wiggle it. If it wiggles, even a little, the wheel bearing is bad and needs replacing pronto. (wiggle in the tire with hands at 3 and 9 o'clock indicates bad tie rod ends)
If it's not that, then it could be the CV axle, but those don't normally squeal, they thunk.
So try testing the wheel bearings out and let us know the results.
