OK I think I have learned my lesson. If you have an Advance Auto Palladium "rebuilt" starter and you car ever just clicks when starting one day and moments to hours later it starts fine as if nothing was wrong. Then for the next week to months nothing happens, It's your starter..again. If you bring it in and it tests fine be sure you have them test it 20 times or more. If you don't want to argue with them hook it up to house current for a moment. That should solve any argument. Install your new "rebuilt" starter and you are good for the next few months or 10k miles which ever comes first.
No matter what you fiddle with it will come back to be the starter. Remember this is a no crank situation. The solenoids go not really the starter. But since they are together on my 93 it's the starter. I will just schedule an exchange one saturday each spring.

Let this be a lesson to all.

Pull your starter...take it to a STARTER AND ALTERNATOR shop...have them rebuild it...reinstall starter...wait 50,000 miles...repeat.
