This got quite long winded, but I believe it is worth a good read.
The master has spoken, you need a new fresh ownership guide thread with a concentrated list of all the advice you've put up here. Definitely a great read, happy to see I'm doing a lot of things right and learned a few new habits I need to develop.

Based on what I read I might send out my oil for testing too since I switched from M1 to Valvoline advanced right before I bought my car based on several independent tests but I hear a lot of praise for Castrol and M1 on here

Pressure off lpfp doesn't mean anything because it needs to be a measurement of flow. A restricted pump will still build pressure.
Yes, Pumps only generate flow, it's the restriction that creates pressure. If the pump can build pressure at the fuel rail (firewall in this case) then that would mean the fuel pump isn't restricted in the tank at least. I'd agree that it would be best to test the LP fuel pressure while the engine is running or even under significant load, to ensure the pump can still keep up when not dead headed (similar to load testing an electrical circuit).

@SM105K I already only run 5K oil changes in all my vehicles (and directed my parents to do the same for their vehicles) I have also done several oil analysis on this car and have previously replaced the injectors due to high fuel dilution. Those injectors now have ~150-180k on them so it's time for another set.
