It moves slightly if I turn on the blinkers but seems to work?

Sounds more like a potentially developing problem with your electrical system, likely battery, than anything related to the cooling system.

That's what I'm thinking too. The sunroof doesn't work, when I hit both rear window switches or the power seats, the temp gauge moves too.

There's SHO gremlins for sure!! The battery looks to be newer and the wiring looks good too. What should I check next?

I would get a check done on the battery cells. It may look newer, but it sounds to me like you could easily have one or two of them that are not happy campers.
