Taurus-Sho engine swap

Ok, I have a stock automatic 95 Taurus, and I'm really considering trying to drop a SHO motor into it and possibly making it a manual (ultimate sleeper). If anyone has done this before or knows a site that could give me advice I'd love to hear from ya.
