Pretty much what the title says. When I'm decelerating, or feathering the gas below 3000RPM, the car kind of surges. I'd almost think it were a misfire, but would that cause the surging on deceleration that I'm experiencing?

Parts that are recently new include:

- 155LPH Fuel Pump
- All mounts are reinforced
- New Transmission
- New O2 sensors

I know I'm in dire need of a tune up (plugs are in a nice oil bath, and have a gap that could probably be measured with a yard stick :frown: ), but there isn't much in the way of hesitation or missing on acceleration, either light or hard. In fact, this car still pulls like a scared dog.

Any ideas on where to look would be appreciated. :thumb:

Start with the plug wll seals. Your wires may be junk as well. They don't like oil. :thumb:

Yeah, I have about $200 of plugs, wires, and gaskets on a shelf above my head right now. I'm just trying to track down a tappet compresser and holder so I can do the adjustment while I'm in there.
