You guys are outragous with your claims of how much it is going to cost.

You are looking at about 10K for a built trans and S/C kit though. Being someone that has been there and done that. It pains me to say this but I don't recommend it. You can get a whole lot of car for 10K that is not a 20 year old taurus. :(

Got $10,000? If so, yes
My numbers are obviously outrageous ???

you're the only guy on this thread that speaks good english....thank you

Don't sass me until you learn how to use capital letters. You really wanna know what's involved? I'll tell you.
Upgrade your brakes, wheels and tires.
Upgrade your suspension.
Get rid of the ATX and get a 5 speed with a quaife and a serious clutch
Rebuild your engine with the best components available.
Replace your fuel system and motor mounts.
Find a Supercharger kit.
Learn how to fabricate.
At this point you will want a nice diesel and trailer. Trust me on this. I speak from experience. Boosted SHO's break. They also kick ass. If you can afford to boost your car you should.

You don't even have a point.

That for drag racing, whenever someone else does another boosted auto sho(that holds together). They WILL be faster than the manual bunch.....I am a manual elitest and will admit to that. If you didn't get that point, you are a fool. :thankyou:

You're talking about drag racing. OP is asking about the possibility of boosting his car. You are the one missing the point. You are just a troll

SHO Shop

I have a SHO Shop kit i've been thinking about selling that's never been used and has all the components. Custom Fuel Rails, Injectors, Supercharger, Brackets, Fittings, Belts, Etc... I should just find a machine shop and have them replicate it.

That's not a bad idea but don't expect to sell alot of kits. The market is very small.

The SHO Shop kit won't bolt up on an ATX. The engine is closer to the radiator support and you won't have room for the Supercharger and the intake pipes that goes between the engine and radiator support.
