sunroof shade removal

I OWN A 1994 FORD TAURUS SHO WITH SUNROOF, I NEED TO REMOVE THE SUN SHADE TO RECOVER IT , HOW IS IT REMOVED .

YOu'll need to remove the sunroof also. It's actually not hard.
1. open shade sunroof closed, but tipped up.
2. remove 6 set screws on each side, three on left, three on right.
3. unscrew or unclip front of glass from plastic piece at front of glass sunroof. be careful.
4. lift sunroof out.
5. slide shade forward, remove. notice how the black plastic piece that attached to the sunroof also moves the shade forward and back.
6. reassemble revers of this. 6 set screw control height of glass in opening, may have to adjust a little to get it flush when reinstalling.
