I think I have a leak in the sunroof. When it rains hard I get water dripping from the passenger side post. I thought it might be a leak in the front windshield. However, the dealer said it is likely a sunoof leak. Anyone had this problem?

I have not experienced such a leak in my SHO, but did have a similar leak in my first Mountaineer. On that one the water was leaking from the headliner at the windshield on the passenger side. The leak was due to a drain hose that had come free from the gutter drain for the sunroof. The headliner needed to be dropped slightly to reconnect.

My Jeep GC was doing that, and you cold hear the air leaks at speed. I fixed it in 2 minutes by recalibrating it. There must be a similar procedure for Ford; With the Jeep, pushing and holding the tilt button for 5 seconds reset the height, then opening and closing it from tilt to full open 7 times did the trick, and it is perfectly sealed again.

Same Issue

I just had the same problem.I live in Florida, the last 3 days have been wet as ****. The car was CPO from the dealer less than a a month ago. They blew out the drain and tested it with new issues. They didn't charge me a dime, but the invoice was for 78. Maybe something to look into.
