I managed to strip one of my valve cover bolts on my parts car  I was wondering if anyone has any techniques I should know about that would make removing it easy. It's the top right bolt on the front head.

try to get the proper size of "Easy Out", or just buy the set. Sears has them and so do most auto parts store. it "bites" onto the stripped bolt and extracts it while u attempt to remove the bolt out.

u an also try to use a small flat head screw driver and a hammer and "slowly tap" it out.

good luck on that, you'll get it out....

Thanks man, I'm not really worried about damaging the head or anything, I just want to yank the shims and eventually use the 3.2 with 3.0 heads to power my blue 92.
