stock radio disconnected

i bought a 93 mtx and the guy i bought it from said that the radio was disconnected when he put it in the shop and they forgot to plug it back...

the actual radio works fine but no sound come from the speakers.. just to make sure i tried a different radio and still no sound.. it would help a lot if someone could let me know where the major connections are so i can check them.

it might be a fuse too if the speakers have a different fuse, just dont know where to find it..

bdw, it makes a whine like a supercharger when it is turned on..

I'd start looking for wires that are grounding out. If you have a speaker wire that is grounding out, the radio will go into a protect mode.
