Starter Problems

Ok, so I am pretty sure that my starter is bad. Problem is I cant get it off the car!. One of the screws has broken off so that all that is left is stuck inside the mounting holes. Anyone know any tricks of the trade on how to remove broken screws when there is none of it showing? I guess I can attempt to drill it out but I dont know if there is even any room to get a drill under there!

is the other bolt in good shape? if it is, unbolt and starter should come out leaving room to put a drill in there if you need to
