sputering when i hit the gas

when i hit the gas it sputers when its warm its not so bad but still bad enough.i put a new fuel filter but no fixy.could it be crappy gas,or plugs or wires come on guys i need help.

well i put premium in it and it does'nt most of the time but,sometimes it does im gonna check the plugs tomorrow,any other advise,it would be most useful

I had the same problem. I found out I had alot of oil in my plug wells... etc etc. Changed the spark plugs and all that good stuff. No problem now.

im getting msd plug wires and the plugs should be new,but i will let you guys know soon,thanx

If you had oil in the plug wells, you will need to replace the plug well seals to keep them from leaking again.

The seals are part of a FelPro valve cover kit, the part number should be easy to find.

i fixed it i put some autolite plug wires and its all good thanx to all of you for the help.

i bet you got a little oil in the ol' plug wells nothin a new set of well seals valve cover gaskets plugs and plug wires wont cure.... you run 91 or higher octain right???
