I run autolites AR 3910 racing plugs. They are 2 step colders IIRC.

I am running these or ar3911 i cant remember. AR3910 i believe are 3 heat ranges cooler and the 3911 are 2 heat ranges cooler.

I think you are correct (without me looking it up). I've tried a bunch of different plugs and I like the 3910s. For the money and availability, they can't be beat. BUT, you do have to replace them often.
