my green/black 91 has found a new (hopefully more loving) home as of yesterday. Josh (nomoV8sho?) picked up the car from me and will be coming to get all my associated SHO crap to add to his pile.

I'm done with project cars for a while. Life seems to be pulling me towards the family and house thing right now and i'm Okay with it.

Enjoy the Car Josh. and stay involved with the Forum and the AZSHOclub guys they're all awesome guys.

i'll probably just be supercool like jessemachone and just lurk around on the boards popping up once in a while.

yeah, that was it.

it was more of a 'i can't hang with spending so much on parts for so little enjoyable return' factor. I'm pretty much over fast cars for a while.

:woo-hoo: Finally got a GenI, and a Plus at that!

Got it all wrapped up and tagged this morning- emissions were good through April 2011, so I was able to get everything in one shot at the MVD office. Drove it to work and back without a hiccup. Man, what a blast to be back in a SHO after driving the Big Orange Truck for about 4 months straight.

More to come as I start getting the car sorted out, but it looks like an emergency driveway / garage session is not in the immediate future. Hopefully I can wait until I have my own garage in a few moths without being forced to do any major work (major, as apparently defined by the Condo I am in, equals having the hood open).

A big thanks to Donovan for taking it as far as he did before passing it on to me. It has most of the mods I'd be doing anyway if I bought a stocker. Now, to decide whather to go with the factory green or... Satin Black w/ pinstripes? Moonlight Blue?

I always wanted to keep it green, if only to avoid cutting in the engine bay and door jambs.

but it's your Hoopty now so you do it up.

And dont mention it, a big thanks should also go out to the forum, OffroadSHO, JesseMachone, Nik97 from down here in AZ, and all the others with green gen 1s that look better than mine.
