id like to see some sort of track day at Moroso or whatever its called now.
id also like another shot at the go-cart track down there.

I need atleast 2 or 3 weeks before I can even order just two of the parts needed to go back out to the drag strip..... kind of pointless to run it without fixing up the suspension, I already know what it will do with a pos strut rod lol

so give me a couple weeks, I will find some good dates where we could goto the drag strip, and them have carting..... and I will present them to yall here and we can pick the date most of the regulars can make.........

it would probably be early November or very late october....... so get ready for that time frame

welp I doubt my car will be running for at least a month or so.
ive got some new 42lb injectors coming so its going to need a decent tune.

yeah I got some parts on the way, good ole wheelin and dealing basically got me a free set of Moog CC springs for the front........

goto rockauto if you are interested in any, they have some on closeout like 50% off

I think I got the fronts for like 30 shipped for the pair

I'll cut off atleast 2 coils in attempt to get rid of my basketball sized front wheel gap

Yep, I need to flush the cooling system and make sure it contains no antifreeze. I'm also going to be buying a new set of Max Performance summer tires here soon.

Track ready = winter ready.

With some Water Wetter and maybe some kind of corrosion inhibitor. Maybe I'll just put a little antifreeze in, but the track people don't like it when you puke antifreeze all over the track.

I wouldn't worry about running the antifreeze for drag days in a SHO. Even when we rented Gainesville they didn't care about it, they were more worried about gouging up the asphalt with jacks.
Kelvin, turn off pinks all out.

I don't watch that shit. I've seen them making a stink about it at the old Moroso, and I'd imagine the new PBIR to be more strict, especially with the road course.

when I whent to the new PBIR for the drag strip, tech consisted of filling out a couple pieces of paper and a signature......

Tech normally only happens when there is a big event or lots of cars for an all day sunday event and even then they hardly ever check anything.

At Moroso, they'd usually pop the hood and just make sure the battery is secure, but occasionally you'd get the strict guy who'd turn you down for anything. Yes, this was during T&T nights.
