.neverhigh., ... interesting look that would be appreciated in the states bordering Mexico.
What diameter are those rims, and is it an airbag set-up that has been allowed to de-compress? Are those the original ground-effects?
Very contraversial.

At least somebody is doing something with these cars. There's not much else going on in the SHO world right now.

The wheels on my car are 15x8.5. Bumpers and side skirts are original. The suspension unfortunately consists of stock struts with heavy rate springs along with many other modifications. I would like to correct much of the car but it is no longer my daily driver

Mine is soo low that it is almost touching my 235/40/18's up front and out back. I can't get a low profile jack under my car at any normal spots. I also cannot make in in a low angle driveway without almost ripping my fron bumper cover off. My Texas license plates are LOWSHO for a reason. I can drop it another inch or so if I felt so inclined.

Taurus GL-R

I just had the Shosource coilovers installed along with adj. rear control arms, H-Brace, TCE knuckle braces and the goal was not slammed but the most wicked handling SLO on the planet - now I also have every other conceivable SHO suspension mod available, not just the above mods.

I had a high end suspension company here in Oregon install and test the set-up over a three day period. We tested for ride quality, how many G's we could pull on the local race track in the figure 8, best overall ride height and stance of the car to produce wicked handling without sacrificing street drivability.

I was surprised - the best handling package on my GL-R was with a slightly higher ride height vs. slammed.

The coilovers just were finished yesterday so I do not have brand new pictures of it yet but the stance is almost exactly the same as this picture shows from three years ago - The rear is probably about 1/2" lower now.

Is "turbo79" referring to my pic? I have every endless mod that is available to a SHO except turbo - Yes, I only have a boss 3.0 which is not a Yamaha motor but it is still a decent modified Taurus - Maybe he does not like my rear spoiler?
