Ok so I've only dealt once with the SHOshop, but in that one dealing I was quite happy. I jumped in on the y-pipe with cats groupbuy, and was glad to do it. I sent them an email around the 8th of November, when the stuff was supposed to ship as I was looking for a tracking number. Well I got a telephone call that night letting me know there was a delay. I thought very highly of that, was good to know that they wanted to let me know there would be a dealy, which I can't fault them with, they are making parts for a niche market.

My only one complaint and it is a very very small one. The group buy said that credit card wouldn't be charged till the day stuff ships, mine was charged the same day my order was confirmed. No real big deal, but is the only fault I could find :). I'll do business with them again soon as I thought the service was good, and the product looks great. Can't wait to get some garage time to bolt up the y-pipe.

Thanks to everyone that makes the SHOshop go, I am quite happy with the service.

Finally, someone takes the time to post about a good experience rather than complain about a bad one.

P.S. - My headlights? I still haven't got them. wink

I was down in huntington beach and stopped by there and picked up my ypipe. Im waiting for the cats though cuz they were out. They also took my lpm and saw it was too old i guess, so they are going to give me another it and send it back to me. Cant wait to get my stuff!

I actually got a new EEPROM chip for your LPM tonight, we will be programming it and shipping out tomorrow. Your catalytic converters are already in transit and should be there shortly.

Thanks for your patience.

The cats we use are exactly the same whether they are Stainless or Aluminized. We always have them in stock, no problems at all. thumbs_u

Tom, I have an old ribbon style SS LPM that Ted has not been able to find the revision of to successfully program it. Can you shed some light here?

Well there's your problem right there Erik - if it's a SHO Shop LPM, send it to SHO Shop for reprogramming... wink

You could be a little more obvious about this too:

"I'm sending a product to your competitor, and I'd like you to support it..." - It'd be like someone saying "Erik Tremblay sold me these parts and I want NESS to install them - Erik, give me the info so I can give it to NESS..."

You'd be a little bitter, eh? Anyone wonder why SHO Shop gets peeved every now & again? Just some food for thought.

We can reprogram the LPM, no problem. Give me a call beforehand to arrange a Return Authorization Number and get some information from you. Note there is a $50 transfer fee for reprogramming an LPM that was not originally purchased from us. After, lifetime programming is at no charge.

Hehe Fred :) If I knew that it was an SS LPM in the beginning I probably would have sent it there. I dunno, I may just be selling it anyway. Not sure if I want to run one and then have to take it out before the nitrous....

I haven't bought anything from the shoshop, but I have recieved great service from Tom when I go there to get answers for questions. Vadim has been great too as he has given me very good advice on keeping my car running for a long time.
