I have been very busy these last 2 months trying to catch up with a lot of work in my small machine shop. I have been making an underwater housing for my video camera. It has to be ready by next Tuesday, and there is still some work to be done on it.
Anyway we have also started work on 10 SHOrt Shifters. The aluminum bodies are finished. The rest of the parts should be done by the end of this month.
I will post some photos later when I get a chance.

I've had a hard time finding one new or used. Haven't been on the forum much over the summer, but would definitely be interested is short shifter. I don'tknow if there is any other way to promote the group buy but I'm in if it happens.

Maybe we can get this going for next spring? I saw Steven's white SHO with the short shifter, and I'm most definitely interested....but I'm with some of the guys, my budget is tight, and I've got some other things to fix first.

After Dropping $150 On gas for the meet, and not being able to find a job anywhere for the last month... I am down to just enough money to pay for classes next semester...
Sadly I must say when it comes to the money in my bank account right now:
School and a Future> SHOrt Shifter
Hopefully I can get a Job at Griffin Brothers Tires here by me. They have a tech leaving their place next week, and I fit the criteria for the job: Tool set, NC State Inspectors License, and a General Service Tech abilities... with some experience in a shop!

Looks like I gotta get a job pretty darn quick...
OK, there will not be a need for a group buy for the SHOrt Shifter, I am making 10 of them right now. They should be finished within the next 10 days.
I will post some pics tomorrow.
First come first served. If there is a demand for the shifters, I will continue making them in smaller numbers.
