I will not mind to wait a little longer as long as I can get the part. I know a few of us feel the same way. Money is not the issue with me. I want this part pretty bad. JUST KEEP US UPDATE. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TOP OF IT.

oh look its the majical forum ive been looking for.... so seeing how goofsho is responding on this forum..... dude ive been waiting almost 4 months for my y pipe and oil relocation kit... ive e mailed you several times with no responces what so ever... so i was forced to get my crap from auto zone.... so if your trying to make good with everyone why dont you hit me up with a return for the money im out..... please respond... cant run from me on here :)

Why dont you guys cut the man a break? Some of you want daily updates, well its not going to happen Brian has to work to get this corrected therefore he cant be here every time that 1 person wants an update.

Brian is a good guy but as you know got a little messed up, you all really have to remember that the SHO parts world is not JEGS! there is no magical warehouse with billions of parts sitting on shelves with a staff of people pulling these parts and a dedicated shipping team...

The truth.. those of us that make parts do it when WE can and WE are able to do this. Nights and weekends and we have other things to do yet we work as hard as we can to sastify the worlds need for SHO parts. What you guys should do is try going into business! Lots of you guys are good and honest guys(like Brian), but try running a dying business with internet sites, out side vendors and supply issues, it takes no time to get behind, trust me ive been there! then everyone wants to **** you!

With people cutting prices everywhere on part sales, and new websites like rock auto you pretty much cant make a living doing this. He is giving it his best shot and should be given time to resolve it.

Everyone thinks they should be first! but in business you have to triage everything! whats the most important? who can I get done and make happy? 1 person says they have received something then everyone gets mad and says "wheres mine"?

lets play a game... you have a shop, truck and home. your bills are 4000.00 a month.

you have the following to do. Put these in order. (im just thinking out loud and not putting anything in order)

Head to Chicago for a v8sho (broken motor)
deliver limo to Chicago
3 cam welds
ball joints and wheel bearings
answer the phone
check email
check forums
make a freind a gen 3 subframe ( hi freind!)
pay bills
pick up parts
work on trailer (to go to Chicago)
ship 1 order (small box)
order tuners
plan dyno time for fusions (up coming)
family life
make money to pay bills and EAT.

and a lot more! this is one week (this one) in my life! now if you had to pick some that would not get done do so. I would really like to see soemone do this, maybe to see of Im doing something wrong LOL.

Im not sure what Brian is doing but knowing him he works as hard as I do but there is only so much time in 1 day, 1 week, one month! if he was sending pics of him on the beach in Miami Id be the first one to drive there and lynch him! but thats not the case he is trying! trying everyday to resolve this mess and for that I give him kuddos!

Brian, deal with what you can man! this will drive you bonkers! I got messed up with the stainless lines as you know. My circumstances were a bit different with major supply issues, machinest, and theft in my shop. Most of the people were cool with it and waited and I thanked them ( I was caught in the middle) but the people that kept bumping the post everyday were sent to the end of the line. Thats how I triage! and why I dont sell parts to people direct and only sell to vendors like you. I dont want to deal with people that dont understand that LIFE happens.

You will never make everyone happy! thats a given. but as long as you try and your happy with yourself thats all that counts, keep up he good work and you will soon be cleared of this mess and can move on.

Kirk, even tho I agree with you, I think you are given brian a bad advise. I also has several websites and I know the pressure of having a side business, a job and a family life. The problem with brian is communication. You will be surprise how far communication can go with "customers". I am not talking long letters but just an honest respond as he did not too long ago with me. We all know his problem and some of us are willing to help him along but nobody likes to be ignored. You will not survive in business if you do so. I have found myself eating and responding Emails many times but that is what it takes sometimes. Yes is "tuff" and it s@ks but being in business is not easy, never has and never will be. The key for any business is communication so Brian let your customers know you care and communicate.
Let them know were they stand, the why and ALWAYS follow thru. Prioritizing will be alot simpler after that.

I'm not online every day, the info, sales, etc.@shobros is screwed up, and my cel is hit-and-miss....( That is why I ask everyone to email [email protected] ) I TRY to get back to everyone I possibly can.

Brian, I left a message for Matt at TCCA and Matt responded you have not gotten in contact with him regarding the A-pillar GB at all. Rightfully so, people are already talking about "refunds" which will destroy the GB. As I stated before, most of us wants "the part" but the lack of "communication and/or action" from your part is making people very nervous.

Could you do this for me (please):

1. Get a hold of Matt. HE is waiting for your call.
2. Decide the future of the GB. (time vs profit)
3. Update this message with where the GB stands at this time and expenctancy for delivery or refund.

Once again brian, if you stop by TCCA you will realize is not a money issue but a communication issue.

I've sent IM's when I have seen him online, but he may have been playing a game. He just sent me his new phone #....So I will be in contact with him soon. I apologize if I CAME ACROSS AS BLAMING MATT. i never meant to do that. He IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE an Important part of SHO Bros.Garage. We have different views on things and he chose tom leave. I hope and pray that he changes his mind and comes back!!! SHO Bros. can and does really NEED him!!

I'm VERY close to having everything completly resolved. PLKEASE be patient....Everyone will get what they want...( parts or refunds ) '07 has not been kind to me.... I will make sure '08 is a better year!!!!... B

I have been on the hook since June for the Dual Core radiator that was never delivered and that I no longer need but that does not mean you can just walk away and take my money. Brian( SHO Bros.), you still owe me my money back or the upgrade for rear brakes on a 92 mtx. You really need to resolve this. I have been on the hook since June for the Dual Core radiator that was never delivered and that I no longer need but that does not mean you can just walk away and take my money. Make it right please and SOON!

I ordered a triple pillar pod to replace my cracked one. You seem like a good guy I'm not worried take you're time gonna be placing a few orders when you're ready.

It's been another 2 weeks and Matt says he still hasn't heard from you. I don't think were expecting the parts to arrive at our houses in 2 weeks but it would have been nice to see that you are moving forward with this. But so far it doesn't look like any progress has been achived since you've returned to the forums promsing to make things better a few months ago.
I know you can't fix everybodys problems in 1-2-3 weeks but atleast let us know where our GB stands in line. Are we going to be the next line for our order to get placed. or 3rd or 4th or what.
And even if were bugging the crap out of you with these questions and you drop us on your waiting list to last place ( like some I know some people do) than how long should we expect to wait till we here some promising news??

I second this motion.

Brian, " we" need to know were do we stand here. I will be happy to communicate your respond to TCCA and SHOCAL for you but we ALL need to know is were we stand today. I am not asking anything more than that. We were so close to the completion of this GB and so my hopes on getting this piece. You said you need to talk to Matt and Matt said you have not done so, so why haven't you?

I am not sure what kind of info you need but I am sure most of it can be found at the forums were you offered the GB. If you need individuals info, just let us know, we will forwarded in a form of PM or any other format works better for you.

I know I am a pain in the a&$@ but I am here to help you if you need help.

The GB will happen after the 1st. Not sure what the lead time for production is right now, but when I order them I'll ask and let you know. I have'nt called Matt yet because I have'nt had the time. I've been working ALOT of o/t lately ( I hear it's like this every year around the holidays and goes back to normal after the first )
Thanks for the Help offer Lucky, But It would end up getting confusing.
