I hope he makes it...I would like to have as many parts sources as possible...
but on the other hand...I dont have a lot of money to tie up in avendor that can`t deliver.
The stories are awful...and the web site looks so good!!
Reminds me of the 'General Steel' ad on tv!!!
Does this guy raise chickens???

its been a week since i got my last email saying that he was able to move around again and that things would be shipping very soon. ive sent him two pm's since then with no reply and still no boxes on my door. im fed up and asked for a refund... and suprise suprise i didnt get a pm back from him.

I will happily refund you....I just need a name. I said I was able to move around better...yes. That does not mean Normally. If you look at a previous post....I stated it may take me about 3 weeks ( with shipping also ) to catch up. Not responding to your PM was an oversight on my part. I apologize fopr that. I'm still working on better communication.

This is what burns my back passage.

A promise was made to let me know a tracking number.

Information was requested by Brian so he could confirm address, etc.

I supplied that. I think he got it. Not sure as no reply.

Now I want my tracking number. Supposedly my tower braces were delivered to him so he has them. Long ago as well, before his incident.

But very little feedback, none in fact.

As I say this burns my back passage.

yeah he told me he needed my info aswell and i provided it over a week ago and he still hasnt gotten back to me. this is just horrible. he said he would keep the lines of communication opened but he hasnt even checked the pm i sent him. so why did he really need the info???:oogle:

Im about at the end of my rope, im out over $400 dollars and need to cancel an order, should be pretty easy right. wrong, i haven't heard from him in a week, took my money and nothing. I have tried on here and on the website twice.

i placed the order a week a go, and i haven't even heard a word from him, i want to stop my order so i don't end up like everyone else weeks and weeks down the road. Plus i need that money now.

Sorry everyone. I have'nt been around home much. I've been in PHX seein a specialist. I will be VERY diligent this week getting tracking info, refunds etc...THIS WEEK to as many of you as possible. ( only so many hours in a day ) I'll even post tracking info here in open forum if you wish, so everyone can see I'm doing what I can to deliver....

I placed an order with SHOBrosGarage a month ago. I ordered online and did not receive an order confirmation. The money transfered from my PalPal account and went somewhere. I tried to contact them through their web site, two different e-mail addresses, and this forum. I've received nothing from them.

I don't know what the problem is:mad::mad::mad:, but maybe it is time to see what recourse I have through PayPal to recover my payment.

Go back and read the whole thread, it pretty much expalins every thing going on. It seems to me he trying to get the the bussines back up and running. If possible I would give him a little more time.

Go to paypal file a dispute and get your money back. That's what I did. And don't regret it.

I got my part somewhere else.

Don't get me wrong. I don't "need" the part and I don't mind waiting if there are circumstances, however somebody needs to communicate and tell me they received my order. I'm surprised I didn't receive an automated response when I placed the order. So ship it when you can, but if I don't get an order confirmation by next week, I will report it through PayPal to recover my funds. Sorry. By the way, if PayPal were my primary method of receiving payments, I don't think I'd want people filing to get their money back.

i would actually rather you not post my tracking number in a forum... i dont want someone knowing when a package is arriving on my doorstep. call me crazy but there are a lot of wierd and crazy people out there. not that i dont trust everyone here but just in general some people are nuts. a pm with my tracking number would be perfect and i would be more than happy to post in this thread and let everyone know that there is finally some progress in this messed up situation.
