I know the pads are different, but are the SHO and SLO rotors interchangable for my 91?If Advance Auto told me they weren`t different,i wouldn`t take their word for it.

They are the same. The pads are also the same. The only difference is in the caliper. The SHO (and police package SLO) has a metal piston while the SLO has a plastic one.

Actually, the pads are different, there is a very good write up in the latest issue of the SHO Club Magazine. Not sure about the rotors.

Actually, the pads are different. Don't know about the composition, but plastic pistons have a small hole, the steel ones have a much bigger hole in the center. So, the pads have different clips on the back to fit in the holes. Bend the clips a bit and they will sort-of fit.
