it's a beautiful product, and it's definitely gonna do wonderful things for some engine bays. however, thinking about it, putting one under my car would be like asking slayer to play at a southern black baptist tent revival...fun in theory, but a rather bad idea in practice. maybe for my 98 if it'll fit and i can find some similar ones for the other caps under the hood.

We have made a few test ones but we want to make sure we make enough of the right ones and also so we do not have a bunch of paper weights sitting around.

This takes Just In Time manufacturing to a whole new level.

Disappointing. Wish I would've known that before I ordered it.

We built two of the oil caps with the SHO logo. That was when we realized that not all SHO valve covers have the same "clocking" on the cap threads. We were hoping for a simple one piece design, but now we have a two piece adjustable design, so each person can get the correct rotation on the cap logo.

I will need to go check out ad, but I thought we listed that we needed 10 caps to make it even semi-economical. We can build them one at a time "just in time", but the setup charges on the CNC make the cap ridiculously expensive. To sell them at $49.99 we need to buy them in batches of 25, so we were looking for 10 paid orders just to make sure it was a product that will sell.

Hawkeye18, If you want a refun on your order, we can do that, but I really think the caps will go into production very soon.

No, I still want the cap, but I'm kinda ****** that I had to wait until after I gave you my money to find this out. It seems like something that would've been much better mentioned up front.
