I replaced my Monroe struts with a set of Gabriels and my front end seems to sit higher than before. My Eibachs were on with the Monroe's and were reinstalled with the Gabriels. The stuts have been on for about a day now so that should be plenty of time for the car to settle. Any ideas?

Aren't those Gabriels gas charged? After awhile the pressure drops, and the car will settle back down.

How old were the Monroe struts? If they were shot, yes the front end would be raised with new struts. After time and wear, they will start to lower the front end again.

Yeah I had crappy Gabriels in there and replaced them with Monroe Sensa Tracs. It raised the car alright. In fact so much that the first day I got it back I went into a REALLY big dip and I was positive I would scrape the front end but I didn't. It felt like the whole front end was plummeting to the earth. eek!
