Selling my 94 MTX

I have my 94 MTX up for sale.It has done me well but rust has gotten past the point of repair for myself so i am selling it.I bought it with 101,000 miles on it.It now has 123,000 miles on it.Runs great never had any trouble with it.Interior is 50/50 gray and the car is sliver.Interior is in ok shape,no tears in front seats,one little one in back seat.carpet and seats would clean up pretty good.Stock slicers are in good shape and center caps still look new.Haven't done much to it since i had it,just normal wear and tear stuff.Breaks,rotors,control arms,tie rod ends,tires and alignments.All done in the last 5 months or less.It did have a couple of things done to it before i got it,powder coated intake,fiberglass hood,vent visors,struts,emergency break cables and not sure what else.Everything works as it should.It is a good looking car inside and out.I have pics of it that i will post and if you have any question let me know.Asking 1000.obo. how does it shift? what fluids are in it now? recent 60k?

How do i post picks on here?I have some ready to go just not sure how to get them on here.The car shifts fine,i run the fluids that the car calls for.Not sure on the 60k,i know there was new plugs and wires on it when i got it,but not sure about the 60k.I would hope so.I was going to do it this year just in case it hadn't been done but i didn't get to it and then when i found the rockers were gone.

Im in Maine, Can you get better pictures of the rust on the 1/4 panel and the rockers. How are the floors ? break lines? What about a NH Inspection still..?
You mentioned stock slicers. But said nothing about the rims in the pictures are the pictured rims included as well? I also see stereo,Included? Not included?

Yeah i don't any other way of posting them,if you know how i can get them to post let me know.As far as pictures that is all i have.I took them in august of 2010 even though i did not set the camera date when i took them.The rear quarter has been grounded down and fiberglassed but the fiberglass has not been sanded,that is all that has been done since the picture.As far as the rockers it is all behind the plastic so i have no way of getting pictures without taking plastic off,and it might not go back on due to rust so i wont be taking them off.The floors are rusty but no holes as of yet.break lines are fine,never had any trouble passing with them,emergency break cable is less than two years old.I do have the aftermarket rims as well but unless the price is right they will not be included.It is inspected now till jan 31st 2011.The stereo is nothing great,pioneer head unit and sony xplod amp and subs so i was going to keep them,but if i get the right price i could probably let it go as well.I paid probably a little over 400 for the setup so ,even though it is just cheap stuff,it adds up

Anyway to get updated pictures of what you have done to the 1/4 panel? How about opening the rear doors and taking pictres of the lower part were it curves for the wheel arch (Dog legs) Both sides.
Better interior shots?
what about the trunk lip when you open it up? door's on the bottom Seeing if its starting there at all.
Around the window trim?

Im trying to get a feel of HOW much rust were playing with. Am I eventualy replacing every door and the trunk? Or a 1/4 panel and rockers..


Any serious person, will be asking for the same things. To help make a buying choice.

Edit- stereo is of no real concern to me. neither are the rims. Just good to know what people are getting.

Also do you know who you bought the car off from? Looks like Ive seen it before....

sure i can get more pics of that stuff.I will take them tomorrow and send them to your email if you want,otherwise i don't know how to post picks on here.not sure about dog legs,one side is good,the other side,same side as the bad quarter panel(passenger side)is rotted.I really couldn't tell you for sure i will take pics so you can make your own decision,I am pretty sure you could patch up stuff and get it to pass another year or two,but it would be best for the motor and parts for another car,but you check it out for yourself ,ill get pics tomorrow and send them to your email if you want to private message me it.

waiting for snow to melt to get more pics but i did go out last night and take a quick look at the the bottoms of doors,around window trim and the trunk lip and there was no rot or rust.one dog leg is defiantly gone the other is fine.I will still get pics but wanted to keep you all updated.and to be clear about what you are getting for 1000obo,is the car itself with the slicers,no stereo system or aftermarket wheels.The wheels would be 200 dollars more and the stereo would be 400.just bought the system this year,its nothing great but i really don't want to have to buy it all again for the next vehicle.The aftermarket wheels are 18"rvm wheels with 2 bf goodrich 205/45/18s on the front and 2 bridgestone 205/45/18s on the rear.All will pass inspection at least one more year.But when i first got it ,the tire size was 225/40/18 ,so different size tires will fit.I cant tell you with the tires that are on there ,you are right at the bottom of the strut towers so no taller will fit.The slicers have snow tires on them,two are very good,two are not so good due to alignment that was needed after i did the lower control arms.I did get the alignment all taken care of btw.So yeah ill have more pics in another hour or so,ill post them on here like i did the others.guess you just have to cut and paste to see them.Otherwise i can send them via email if you want to private me your email

The bottom of the door pic is of the passenger door,looks like a little rust starting but not bad,and the bottom of others doors have less or none.Ignore the fact that the car is dirty,i can clean it and vacuum it if it helps it sell.As you can see in the first set of pictures if does clean up nicely.front seats are good except one burn hole in drivers seat that was there when i got it.back seat is ok but does have a tear as you can see in the pic.The car does have an alarm system and remote start but need a new key fob,the one i have has been dropped too many times.
